Susan - You met me in the above message, but to add a little more..... I feel my clients are more family than customers. I will protect them every way I can, from the forms I require to be filled out before our first visit to choosing to not offer pack walks (where the big money is hahahaha). I also stand behind our merchandise and will make any alterations or adjustments to any items you purchase.
Like the Train song says, "Meet Virginia"! Virginia - Virginia is our back up walker/pet sitter that helps out on occasion if Susan and Mason are not available. She was raised with animals large and small. She has been employed with the Humane Society was a dog groomer before moving to MA. Her personal pets include 2 turtles, 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 horses. Virginia also has experience with birds, ferrets, hedge hogs, rats and other creepy crawly things....hahahahaha!
